Schedule Your Meeting Or Event With Barrel 21 Distillery & Dining
**Important note about PSU Spring Graduation Weekend, May 4th-6th, 2018: Due to the extremely high volume of business we experience on graduation weekend, we are unable to schedule any private events on those dates. If you are interested in making a regular dinner reservation, you can visit the Open Table Reservations link at the top of this page to check on availability.
Barrel 21 is a unique environment for meetings. The distillery can accommodate up to 25 guests in our private dining/meeting room virtually anytime of the day on any day of the week. Meetings for larger groups can be booked on weekdays and Saturdays between 9am and 4pm. We require a minimum of one week notice, based on availability.
Facility rental rates include set-up and tear down time as follows (with the exception of additional food service):
- Four hour meeting time (8:30A-12:30P) – $100 Facility Fee
- Eight hour meeting time (8:30A – 4:30P) – $175 Facility Fee
This deposit is due upon reservation and refundable if an event is cancelled prior to the scheduled meeting or event, within the time frame noted in your contract.

- AM Beverage Break ($7.50 per person)
- PM Beverage Break ($7.50 per person)
- Continental Breakfast Buffet ($10 per person)
- Luncheon Buffet or Plated Lunch ($15 buffet per person or plated “choose 2” option)
- Boxed Lunch ($12 per person)
As an added experience, and perhaps a welcome break from your meeting, private tours offer a more intimate look at the Barrel 21 Distillery. Your group will get to sample our own spirits as our tour guide teaches you about the differences of each, the subtle intricacies of the distillation process, and the delicious taste of small-batch spirits
Private Events & Celebrations
Barrel 21 is the perfect location for private, corporate, fundraising, media events, and culinary tours, as well as social celebrations like birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation celebrations, and even intimate rehearsal dinners.
The distillery can accommodate up to 25 guests in our private dining/meeting room virtually anytime of the day on any day of the week. Our primary bar and lounge area can accommodate groups of 45 or fewer for a stand up cocktail reception Tuesday-Thursday evenings. The entire space has seating for 65 and is available weekdays before 4PM and Monday evenings. Weekend availability is limited.
All private events require a minimum of ten people. Each event is tailored to the specific needs of each group, offering standard menu dining or custom food and bar menus, as well as, a distillery tour, product and merchandise, as desired.
